I applied to donate my body to science and was told no because I weigh too much, what difference should that make? Don't they need to study bodies that are overweight too? Makes no sense.

I am a retired medicaid case manager & am administering my brother's estate. I am well aware of estate recovery which I am dealing with now. My problem is the fact that he owns property that was not his residence & should have rendered him ineligible for medicaid coverage. The property was never listed with a realtor & did have a an individual wanting to purchase, but he would not sell. My question is this, should an overpayment be completed as he was not eligible for medicaid to start with?

My son died in New York state but I want his ashes to be sent to Florida for his daughter to scatter. I assume this service is available, but at what cost?
May a 89 year old male get a life insurance plan and be worth 60 thousand or more? And if so how much would premiums cost? This would be just final expenses. Over I/2 of the burial is paid for.
My husband has a pre paid plan. It’s two niches for us both. Includes his cremation, memorial service, documents on death. My plan for cremation is from another state but is transferral. All paid in full. Now he wants to cancel so he can be intruded at Veterans cemetery. We both can be put there at no cost. Our current contract states he can cancel prior to death. The owner refuses to return my calls. I keep getting staff that say he will return my call at such a time but doesn’t. Any advice is appreciated.
Is this service offered in Ohio.?
