I would like to get final expense life insurance for my mom. She is 71 years old with COPD, she does not have life insurance currently and I am not financial able to pay for a funeral expense. If you can help me get something set up for her. I have done research and feel that a year to year policy is best. I look forward to hearing from you if you can help me set something up for her. Thank you.

I applied to donate my body to science and was told no because I weigh too much, what difference should that make?  Don't they need to study bodies that are overweight too?  Makes no sense.

Good afternoon, I was wondering if I can start paying for my body to be podded after my death? I do have a last decoration of life and a living will! I would like to plan my own service and plans to what is going to be done with my remains.

I am a retired medicaid case manager & am administering my brother's estate. I am well aware of estate recovery which I am dealing with now. My problem is the fact that he owns property that was not his residence & should have rendered him ineligible for medicaid coverage. The property was never listed with a realtor & did have a an individual wanting to purchase, but he would not sell. My question is this, should an overpayment be completed as he was not eligible for medicaid to start with?
